·         Theatre surrounded with props such as birds and trees to make theatre seem more alive

·         Seats for audience made with three trunks

·         Black stage to representing the darkness of tragedy within the play

·         Ceiling set in the sky with stars

·         Stage positioned as an arena stage; round theatre for all audience to see

·         Scenes of Antigone recorded around the play so that audience s can still be reminded of the original play set in Greek times
